Overview

We’re presently seeking a professional and systematized existent to fill the position of Secretary in our branch in Alexandria..

Key Responsibilities :
-Managing and organizing office documents and files .
-Scheduling Movables and meetings .
- Answering and directing phone calls .
-Participate in the creation of reports and presentations.
-Coordinating office activities and procedures .

Qualifications :
-skilled in Microsoft Office and office operation software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills .
- Strong communication and interpersonal capacities .
-High academy certificate .
-No previous experience is required.
