At Smart Technology, we are looking for a talented and driven Female HR Specialist to join our team at our Alexandria branch, Camp Shizar. If you have experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management, and are looking to grow within an innovative and supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process, from job postings to conducting interviews and selecting the best candidates.
Personnel : Handling employee-related matters including contracts, data management, and daily issues.
Payroll: Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, and timely payments.
Performance Evaluations: Conducting periodic employee performance evaluations and analyzing the results.
Development Plans: Designing and implementing professional development and training plans to enhance employee performance and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least from 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
