HR Specialis
Job Summary:
The HR Specialist (Recruitment Focus) is a key member of the Human Resources team, primarily responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process. With ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent, adding will encompass general HR duties.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks.
Extend and negotiate job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking database.
Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist with HR policy administration and compliance.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Assist with training and development programs.
Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
Proven work experience with the full cycle of recruitment (Blue and White collars).
General knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience from 2 to 3 years.
Location: Third Settlement, New Cairo
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
