Job Responsibilities:
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Implement required process for personnel.
Monitor attendance, absence, and vacations..
Submit and maintain all recruiting process
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar.
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
