SECTORS Construction is hiring Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with company objectives to attract top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective hiring plans.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and screen resumes to identify the best fit.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural alignment.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and assist in developing assessments to evaluate candidate skills.
Facilitate offer discussions, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition of selected candidates into onboarding.
Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs to integrate new hires successfully into the organization.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze metrics to enhance recruitment performance.
Address employee inquiries and assist with other HR functions, including training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Conditions:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in the construction field (MUST).
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and white/blue collar hiring (MUST).
Experience in performance management or organizational development (PLUS).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
Good Communication, Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills.

Work Location: Mohandeseen, Giza, Egypt.
