Job title : HR Generalist
Location:ADA Port - Suez
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, , performance management, organizational development, training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Organizational development:
Collecting the necessary data for job descriptions in coordination with department and managers.
updating them periodically according to the company's objectives and job requirements analyses.
Supporting, implementing and participating in the implementation of the management's operating plan annually or periodically, with specific assignments and costs.
Supporting and implementing the periodic or annual performance appraisal process and taking the final evaluation result to take into account in the training, benefits and compensation processes.
Participation of the department manager in preparing the goals and keys of performance indicators ( KPI’S ) ‎

Qualification:
 Experience in HR Field, Knowledge of all Functions processes.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
 Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office 365
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
 HR certification (e.g. PHRi, SPHRi) is a plus
 Have 3-5 years of experience.
