We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and unify HR operations across our companies.
Your Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention
Build group-wide HR policies that support growth and compliance
Align HR strategy with the business goals of each sector
Lead performance management and training systems
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws
Requirements
7+ years in HR, 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in holding companies or multi-sector environments
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law
Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
