Overview

Hiring: HR Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources strategy, ensuring a professional and growth-oriented work environment.

 Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
 Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
 Lead and develop the HR team to provide top-tier administrative and organizational support.
 Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 Enhance workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
 Analyze HR data and provide strategic reports to senior management.
 Address workforce challenges with innovative talent development and retention solutions.

 Requirements:
 Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
 Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
 Experience working with ERP systems (Mandatory).
 Proficiency in HR software and performance management tools.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
 HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are a plus.
