SAP Application Team Lead

Overview

We are looking for a SAP Application Team Lead to join our team and take charge of SAP application deployment, enhancement, and support.
This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership to manage SAP consultants, coordinate business requirements, and drive process optimization through SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with key business users to identify SAP requirements and implement effective solutions.
✅ Manage, coordinate, and distribute SAP consultants’ and developers’ tasks.
✅ Oversee new SAP cycle implementations and support requests.
✅ Ensure timely delivery of SAP-related requests aligned with business priorities.
✅ Monitor SAP system performance and drive continuous improvements.
✅ Develop and execute SAP training programs for key users.
✅ Generate SAP reports based on business needs.
✅ Identify business process improvement opportunities and optimize SAP workflows.
✅ Supervise all SAP-related activities and integrations with third-party software.
✅ Ensure high-quality SAP Master Data input and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP support.
🔹 Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, QM, and PP modules.
🔹 Ability to gather business requirements and provide strategic SAP solutions.
🔹 Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Strong leadership and technical support abilities.
🔹 Proficiency in English (written and reading).
🔹 ERP SAP experience is a must.
