Overview

Are you a tech-savvy professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the food industry? Foodlover is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Obour City and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and maintain Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DHCP, File Sharing, DNS, and WSUS.
✅ Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls for network security.
✅ Administer Kaspersky Security Center for antivirus and endpoint protection.
✅ Support network infrastructure (VLANs, DHCP, TCP) using Cisco switches and access points.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software technical issues.
✅ Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
✅ Maintain and troubleshoot physical servers and switches for optimal performance.
✅ Administer backup solutions (Veeam Backup).
✅ Have experience in virtualization technology (vSphere, ESXi).
 

Requirements

🔹 Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
✔ At least 3 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
✔ Proficiency in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and WSUS.
✔ Experience with FortiGate firewalls and Kaspersky Security Center.
✔ Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (Cisco, VLANs, DHCP, TCP/IP, Access Points).
✔ Familiarity with ticketing systems for IT support.
✔ Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
✔ Preferred certifications: MCSA, CCNA, CCNP.
✔ English proficiency (reading and writing) is a plus.
