Qualification:
Bachelor's graduate
Proficiency in English with a grade of "Very Good"
Skills:
Good communication with customers and tact in dealing.
Writing emails in a professional manner (English and Arabic).
Knowledge of excel, word, and outlook
Ability to prioritize.
Ability to exercise self-control while dealing with customers.
Influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers directly through emails and Phone in a professional manner
Help clients solve all problems, inquiries, and emergencies by the due date.
Link between the client and the company's departments.
Recording all Inquiries and complaints.
Follow up on Clients Inquiries.
