Overview

“𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁” is required in a reputable Manufacturing Company

 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 provided by the company.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
 Provide support in the administration of employee benefits (cash & Noncash benefits) e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, etc. related to payroll.
 Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties.
 Resolving complex payroll issues.
 Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
 Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions, or compensation.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
 5+ years of experience in HR mainly payroll is a must.
 Proficient in payroll software.
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
 Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and deadlines.
 Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
