We're hiring " HR Personnel "

 Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with on boarding.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on company policies.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR functions.
Coordinate and organize training and development programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.

 Requirements:
1+ year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
A proactive attitude with a passion for supporting and developing employees.

 Working Location: Maadi
 Working hours: 8 hrs.
 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
