HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Recruitment support (posting, screening, scheduling).
Onboarding new hires.
Employee records management (physical & electronic).
Benefits administration.
Payroll assistance.
HR initiatives support (performance reviews, training).
Employee inquiries.
Compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience.
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Location: 6th of October, Egypt
