Organi Group is looking for the following position to join us.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:
 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
 Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
 Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
 Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
 Enhance the candidate experience and promote our employer brand.

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience
 Proven experience in hiring White and Blue Collars.
 Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful placements.
 Strong sourcing abilities using various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
