Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in the construction or engineering sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Source, attract, interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
Oversee offer negotiations and the onboarding process.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
Review CVs, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
