Raif Textile is Hiring: HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a supportive work environment.
HR Administration: Oversee HR records, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and coordinate training and development initiatives.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to track key metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and relevant HR software
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
