Responsible of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Having extensive knowledge involving the history, flavor, texture and other properties of chocolate, sculptures and decorative pieces.
Properly temper and mold all types of chocolates.
To decorate confections using all types of decorating materials (spray gun, transfer sheets).
Daily cleaning of the kitchen including machines, preparation surfaces, and utensils.
Ability to take initiative and complete tasks.
Ability to recognize and adhere to our quality standards on a consistent basis.
Must be on time for work with ability to work effectively and efficiently.
