Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
 Prepare tender papers and ensure compliance with client specifications.
 Coordinate sales activities and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
 Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions in our CRM system.
 Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
 Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
 Monitor inventory levels and assist in order processing.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 1+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the IT industry.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
