Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Market and sell residential units (apartments) in multiple company-owned buildings across various areas.
Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity and market feedback.
Stay updated with market trends and pricing.
Organize site visits and effectively showcase property features and benefits.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales (2–4 years preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Familiar with social media and online property platforms.
