PHP Developer

Overview

CompuArt is currently hiring PHP Developer :

Key Responsibilities :

-Develop and Maintain OpenCart Applications:

Build and customize e-commerce websites on the OpenCart platform.
Implement themes and modify existing designs to enhance user experience.

-Module and Extension Development:
Develop custom modules and extensions to extend the functionality of OpenCart stores.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways as required.

-Performance Optimization:
Optimize website performance and ensure fast loading times.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted site functionality.

-Collaboration and Support:
Work with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze solutions.
Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to clients and internal teams.

-Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure they are free of bugs and performance issues.
Implement revisions and enhancements based on user feedback and analytics data.

-Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an OpenCart Developer or similar role.
-Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
-Strong understanding of the OpenCart framework and its ecosystem.
-Experience with database design and MySQL.
-Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
-Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

-Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
-Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, WooCommerce).
-Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
