We’re looking for Senior and Junior IT Help Desk staff to join our team in El Sheikh Zayed and Maadi
Job Responsibilities:
Help users with IT problems by phone, email, or in person
Fix issues with computers, software, and networks
Install and set up programs and operating systems
Assist with email, passwords, and system access
Keep records and document solutions
Track and update inventory of computers, printers, and devices
Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of Windows and other operating systems
Basic understanding of networks (Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP, MAC Address)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work alone or with a team
