The Higher Institute of Administrative Sciences in Awsim is a leading educational institution dedicated to academic and professional excellence. We are looking for a talented HR Recruiter to attract, assess, and hire top talent to support the institute's growth and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, employee referrals) to source potential candidates.
Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Conduct pre-employment assessments, reference checks, and background verification.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, candidate evaluation, and employer branding.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
