Overview

FlairsTech the leader of tech houses in Egypt, is looking for a super hero/heroine to join their team as a "Talent Acquisition Specialist" Immediately.

Our desirable candidate should be:

 Co-operating with Unit managers to identify department’s hiring needs, and open requisition.
 Set sourcing strategies based on SEO methods and algorithms.
 Set pooling strategies to enhance hunting quality and increase it’s options.
 Designing job posts and scorecards based on required experience and skills.
Promote vacancies through professional job boards and social media.
 Head-hunting potential skills for standalone vacancies to ensure the best technical talents in our team and the highest L&D structures.
 Pre-screening & screening candidates resumes based on ATS format strategies, including their LinkedIn profiles and other job boards profiles if required.
 Responsible for the applicant’s hiring process including interview conduction and co-ordination till the onboarding.
 Setting pipeline strategies based on enhanced archiving techniques to keep file records.
 Handling employees’ documents needs, personnel functions and clearance process.
 Keeping attrition risk analysis on monthly basis and exit interviews.
 Responsible for employer branding and contracting with partners by hunting brands to negotiate and create partner deals and strengthen connections with existing vendors.
 Implementing HR strategies to develop the hiring process across all flairstechs’ sites.
 Identifying the functions needed to stabilize the HR process in collaboration with existing HR units in different regions.
