Overview

We are looking for full-time LEVEL 2 Customer Experience Specialists with a technical and/or support backgrounds to work at an International US-based Software company. The company is based in Georgia, US, but the Customer Experience team is based in Egypt. No office. All work is from HOME.

Level 2 candidates requirements include:
------------------------------------------------------

- Excellent written English (preferably spoken as well).
- Efficient use of computers and the Internet.
- Technical education.
- Fast learner: ability to learn about the products we use in a short amount of time.
- Technical and/or customer experience backgrounds.

Job will include (but not limited to):
----------------------------------------------

- Replying to customers on Freshdesk.
- Testing bugs and features in our products.
- Replicating the bugs that the customers report and escalating them to development if needed.
- Gathering logs for bugs and error messages.
- Running through new features on our products to ensure they're working as intended.
