We’re Hiring: Civil Pre-Sales Engineer!
Are you a civil engineer with a passion for technical sales and customer solutions? Novochem Construction Chemicals is looking for a Civil Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our innovative construction solutions and our valued clients.
Job Brief:
As a Civil Pre-Sales Engineer, you will provide technical expertise, assist in client consultations, and support the sales team with product demonstrations and project specifications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that meet their construction needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to clients.
- Assist in product selection and recommend suitable solutions for construction projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements.
- Assist in proposal development, tender submissions, and technical documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and competitor products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Specification, technical sales, pre-sales, or construction project support.
- Knowledge of construction chemicals, coatings, or related building materials is a required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Owns a car for site visits and client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office
