Commercial Engineer
Location: Sheraton, Cairo
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze tenders and bids
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Draft, review, and manage contracts
Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence
Coordinate with engineering and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or contract-related roles within the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
