"Job Opportunity: Technical Project Manager"

What will you do?
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business teams, and the technical team.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
Ensure the delivery of DXP projects within scope, budget, and timeline while adhering to quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for projects leveraging platforms such as Sitecore and Optimizely.
• Stay updated on the latest DXP trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
Champion Agile practices and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. ...
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, QA specialists, and DevOps engineers
• Define and track KPIs to measure project success.
Ensure the delivery of high-performing, scalable, and maintainable DXP solutions.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing DXP-related projects.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in implementing Sitecore, Optimizely, or Progress Sitefinity.
Experience managing teams delivering solutions on top of DXPs, including integration with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Who Will Excel
Experience with specific banking, e-payment, fintech, or governmental.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile.
