A Saudi company in Riyadh is hiring a System Analyst to join their dynamic team!

Job Overview:

As a System Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and enhancing software solutions to meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

  • Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications.

  • Design software architecture and create system documentation.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with specifications.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and risk assessments.

  • Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.

  • Assist with quality assurance and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide ongoing support and training to software users.

Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
✅ Experience: Proven experience in system analysis, business analysis, or software development.
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
✅ Proficiency with tools like UML, BPMN, JIRA, and SQL.
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial systems.

  • Programming knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript).

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Certifications like CBAP or IIBA are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle fast-paced environments.
