1. Job Purpose
The main purpose of the sales Engineer/ Executive job is to constantly achieve or exceed sales & revenue targets of allocated area /accounts by maintaining existing customers, developing incremental business in existing accounts and following up to develop new business in Eastern Region.
2. Principal Accountabilities
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits.Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. Contacting clients by phone and visits to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales. Gathering market and customer information & report back to senior managers. Negotiating variations in price, credit facility, delivery, and specifications with managers.Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office. Reviewing own sales performance. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Identify and resolve client concerns in coordination with other company departments. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Coordinate sales staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Direct responsible for accounts receivables for the customers being handled.Preparing sales budget based on current customers & market potential and report back to senior management.Past Knowledge in updating CRM data base and dealing with different stages from prospecting to finalization.Understand of KPI and ability to track his own performance based on company set and negotiated set of KPIsCustomer experience in Industrial Gas sales, types of gases, applications , packaged and bulk gases.Other duties as assigned.

Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and othersIdentifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and co-operate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.
5. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications
BA degree in chemical engineering or related field.3-5 years’ experience in related field , preferably Industrial gas sales with knowledge on western region is a plusGood computer skills (Microsoft office) , CRM customer relation management reputed program.Good communication skills Familiar with Industrial gas technical information, types, packages and related market and customers
6. Physical Requirements of the Job - If Applicable
The job requires local travel, visiting customers and projects in the region.
