3-5 years of experience as Safety or HSE officer.

The candidate who is having the following certificates shall be getting a very good package.
NEBOSH certified
OSHA certified
First Aid Certificate
Firefighting certificate
Risk assessment certificate
Engineering degree is preferred
Transferable Aqama
Valid Saudi driving license
Language:
Arabic (Fluency level)
English (Fluency Level)
Other skills:
Knowledge of safety standards with regard to construction.
Strong leadership skills
Communication skills (Listening and speaking)
Flexible with proven ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills.
