Recruitment Specialist is needed for a Group of Companies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective Recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar workers.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
Attend job fairs, community events, and other networking opportunities to promote job openings.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the blue-collar sector.• Mass hiring experience.
Proven track record of successfully filling blue-collar positions.
V. Good in MS Office.
Good English and communication skills.
Preferably if can join immediately and lives near Nasr City.
