As our receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism
Directing visitors to the appropriate team member or office
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
Performing keyboarding/data entry tasks
Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
Providing accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries
Coordinating shipment of outgoing mail
Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or relevant educational background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
