Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree (preferably Engineering Degree in Civil/ Architect)
Experience:
10 Yrs at Project Management leve
Job Responsibilities:
1. Full responsibilities for overall operations and full authority to represent SHADE.
2. Appraises the performance of the work.
3. Implement Management review through Project QA Manager.
4. Approves the project plans, procedures and schedule and control of its fulfillment.
5. Instructs project staff to carry out remedial and corrective actions required to restore and ensure project performance.
6. Ensures that the necessary resources are made available to the project organization.
7. Fulfill COMPANY’s requirements specified in the contract.
8. Establishes and maintains this project execution organization.
9. Implementation of any suitable step/action which required preventing undue delay, budget over-running, conditions adverse to quality objectives.
10. Makes final decisions on disposition of major nonconformance.
11. Ensure the Quality of workmanship comply with Project Quality Plan and implementation of safety Procedures.
