Job Description :
Leading and managing cross-functional projects within the organization.
Developing and managing project plans, timelines.
Coordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional project teams
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within the required quality standards
Providing guidance and mentoring to junior project managers
Documenting and sharing best practices and lessons learned
Collaborating with department heads and executives to align projects with organizational goals
Qualifications:
Experience from 3 years in Project Management Specialist ,
Proven track record of managing complex projects,
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills,
Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechanical or Mechatronics) or Business or a related field
