Main Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience (preferably in the FMCG sector)
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the production schedule
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
Supervise production activities to maintain efficiency and performance standards
Collaborate with the production team to achieve departmental objectives
