Looking for ( Procurement Manager )
• Purpose of the Position:
• Manage the procurement of material and services for the company.
• Qualifications: MBA or Bachelor in Engineering or BBA Supply Chain with 7 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience: 5 years’ experience relevant field. Experience in foreign purchase and customs clearance formalities will be preferred.
• Main Responsibilities:
Plan procurement schedules based on ‘Project Material and Service Plans’ and purchase requisitions.
Proactively seek clarification from the Project Team on the Project Plans submitted.
Obtain better terms and pricing from suppliers.
Analyse key Procurement metrics to improve procurement service and pricing. Complete the ‘Cost Savings’ Report.
Prepare the Procurement Department budget. Analyse budget execution variance on a monthly basis and take corrective measures .
Plan risk management for supply agreements. Ensure Marine insurance is in place (as needed)
