Position: Process Engineer . Naphtha Reforming

We’re searching for a senior-level Process Engineer with deep expertise in naphtha reforming to join one of the world’s most influential players in the energy and chemical industry.
If you're a technical leader with hands-on experience in catalytic reforming, semi-regenerative reforming, and CCR (continuous catalyst regeneration) technologies — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and optimize reforming unit designs and operations
Evaluate catalysts and reforming tech to improve efficiency and yield
Support troubleshooting, operational improvements, and process simulations (HYSYS)
Collaborate with internal teams and external licensors (UOP, Axens)
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to innovation in the field
Ideal Candidate Has:
A degree in Chemical Engineering (advanced degree a plus)
20+ years in refinery or petrochemical engineering
At least 5 years in CCR operations
Experience across multiple facilities and licensor technologies
Strong simulation skills (HYSYS) and a passion for innovation
