Position: Planning Engineer
Location: Makkah
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from an accredited university or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of work experience in the field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management within a government agency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
PSP certification is a must.
6P certification is a must.
Strong background in collaborating with utility providers and stakeholders from public and commercial sectors.
