Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventative maintenance across all departments to meet business needs.
Assist the project team to ensure specifications and deadlines are met.
Review and audit financial compliance to control engineering status and expenditures.
Ensure quality compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Implement and promote safety procedures and best practices.
Manage spare parts and expenditure to adhere to financial controls.
Develop staff and ensure technical skills align with business needs.
Analyze business risks and create effective mitigation plans.
Oversee the Health & Safety plan execution to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum HND/HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (UK Standards) with 10+ years’ experience in the industry (preferably food manufacturing).
OR Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 5+ years’ experience in the food industry.
Experience in automated equipment, instrumentation, SAP, and computer literacy is highly desirable.
Additional qualifications in process control systems are a plus.
