IT Infrastructuret Technical_lead
location:- On-site Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Qualifications_and_Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, network security, and help desk management.
- KSA valid residence for Non-Saudi.
-Strong expertise in:
o Microsoft environments, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
o Network security tools and protocols, including Fortinet, SD-WAN, NAC, PAM,IAM, and MFA.
o Storage and virtualization systems like Nutanix HCI, Acropolis Hypervisor,
ExaGrid, and Veeam.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Fortinet NSE, ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable.
