URGENT HIRING: IN Engineer – Saudi Arabia | 12-Month Extendable Contract

We’re urgently looking for an experienced IN Engineer to join a leading telecom operator in Saudi Arabia on a long-term project. If you have deep expertise in Ericsson Intelligent Networks, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive mindset, this is your opportunity to contribute to a high-impact engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line support for IN-related issues escalated from NOC
Monitor and analyze traffic and performance KPIs
Perform system maintenance: software/hardware updates, patching, and configuration
Manage IN configurations: tariff plans, service classes, feature integrations
Collaborate across engineering, operations, and support teams
Be available for on-call support to ensure 24/7 service uptime
Required Skills & Experience:
Expert knowledge of Ericsson IN/Charging Systems (SDP, CCN, AIR, OCC, VS, IVR, ECMS, NgCRS)
Proficient in Linux/UNIX, shell scripting, and Oracle DB
Strong foundation in IP networking and core nodes (MSC, STP, HLR, GMSC)
Experience with VMware, HP 3PAR, and SAN switches
