Aquamaint Company is looking to hire an HR Specialist to join our team.
(Alexandria Residents)

Responsibilities:
 Implementing attendance and departure processes.
 Monitoring employee and leave records.
 Supervising the implementation of HR policies.
 Preparing Payroll, incentives, and commissions, and responding to inquiries.
 Working with the fingerprint program.
 Recording all data in the company's work system.
 Preparing job advertisements and organizing_interviews.
 Familiarity with and follow-up on all social insurance and labor office operations.

Requirements:
 A suitable university degree.
 One to two years of previous experience in the field of human resources.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
 Good knowledge of labor laws and payroll procedures.

Job Details:
 Working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM.
 Day off: Friday.
 Social insurance.

Location: Alexandria.
