El Nour for Fruits & Vegetables Supplies is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter – Blue Collar to join our growing HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding blue-collar staff to meet our operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar roles.
Source candidates through agencies, referrals, job boards, and local networks.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding processes.
Build a solid pipeline of workers to meet ongoing staffing needs.
Requirements:
• Experience Level:1-3 years in Blue Collar Recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local hiring practices and labor laws.
Location: El Obour City, Egypt.
