Oxypro Electromechanical Contractors is Hiring : HR Manager
A highly experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the construction industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HR functions (including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations).
Desired Qualification:
Master’s degree required
HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred
15+ years of HR management experience in the construction sector
Strong expertise in organizational development, budgeting, forecasting, recruitment, and HR operations
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
