Englisher is Hiring HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Handle employee relations, mediate workplace conflicts, and promote a positive company culture.
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews and employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
[1-3] years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
