Executive Coordinator – PISC
PISC seeks a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the CEO with administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s schedule, travel, emails, and communications.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
Draft, edit, and review reports, proposals, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile data for strategic decisions.
Maintain records, track action plans, and ensure follow-ups.
Attend meetings/events and represent the CEO when needed.
Support administrative functions, procurement, and office management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong professional writing skills in Arabic & English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Openness to occasional domestic and international travel.
