Engineering Secretary Vacant

Role Description

* Managed daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes.
* Assist architects and project managers with scheduling, document control, and project coordination.
* Prepare and format architectural reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Handle correspondence ,emails, and phone calls professionally.
* Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and technical documents.
* Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
* Support procurement activities, including ordering office and project-related supplies.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate communication.
* Ensure compliance with office policies, industry regulations, and project deadlines.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in an architectural or engineering office.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of architectural terminology and documentation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Primavera and other architectural software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English nd Arabic.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
