We Are Looking For Cost Estimation Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Participating in studying tender packages, able to prepare tender packages
Coordinate and collaborate with different trades to fulfil the bidding process.
Attending bidding briefing, events and post tender award meetings & training events as required, ensuring the relevant information is summarized and give feedback effectively.
Negotiating with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
Preparing cost breakdown structure including: material, equipment, transportation, lifting labor and any other needed item, by preparing internal calculations sheets for all mechanical trades.
Modify and consolidate the final technical & commercial offers as per the bidding documents instructions.
Following the confidentiality as per the agreed policy.
Enquires, consults and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification/technical and BOQ clarifications required for tenders
Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval
Provides all the necessary project clarifications/ information upon project award to the Prepare technical & commercial proposal
Prepare and submit the variation orders (VO) with Quantity take-off, cost estimation (CE), and rate analysis with all supporting Documents
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering
Experience From 3-4 years in construction companies
Excellent in Microsoft office
Communication and Negotiation Skills
