Urgent Hiring Business Development Manager (Offshore) | Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a Business Development Manager Offshore to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships in marine, subsea, oil & gas, and renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, categorize, and report sales opportunities.
Act as the main sales contact for in-country customers.
Align bid strategies and project deliveries with company goals.
Drive business performance and growth in KSA.
Attend client meetings and expand Offshore Wind solutions.
Develop business cases and strategies for the offshore wind sector.
Assist in setting up the organization’s local presence in KSA.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years in business development (oil & gas, energy, powerplants, solar, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in upstream services and downstream products.
Fluent in Arabic & English (written & verbal).
Strategic, analytical, and self-sufficient mindset.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Certifications like PMP, CPSM, PMI are a plus.
MBA is an added advantage.
